ARRAN FUNDING NOTE TRUST DEED definition
ARRAN FUNDING NOTE TRUST DEED means the deed entered into between the Issuer and the Note Trustee on the 15 December 2005 and "ARRAN FUNDING NOTE TRUST DEED SUPPLEMENT" means the relevant supplement thereto;
ARRAN FUNDING NOTE TRUST DEED means the deed so named dated on or about the date hereof between the Issuer and the Note Trustee and, where the context admits, includes the relevant Arran Funding Note Trust Deed Supplement;
