Arrangement B Salary means, in the case of Senior Practitioners, the base annual salary rate as prescribed in Schedule 1 – Table 3 – Senior Practitioners – Arrangement B Salary.

After each subsequent year of service a practitioner will be paid a lump sum equivalent to four weeks’ salary as prescribed in Table 3 – Senior Practitioners – Arrangement B Salary.
In such cases the practitioner will not be entitled to accrue or receive paid leave benefits other than long service leave and bereavement leave as prescribed in subclause 39(2) (including leave for public holidays), but will instead be paid a loading of 25% on the base salary prescribed for their relevant classification in Schedule 1 – Table 3 – Senior Practitioners – Arrangement B Salary.
