Arrangement Fee Letter definition

Arrangement Fee Letter means the letter from the Lender to the Borrower, dated 28 April 2008, as amended or supplemented from time to time, setting out certain fees and expenses payable by the Borrower in connection with the Loan and the agreed funding source.
Arrangement Fee Letter means each letter agreement between the Initial Purchaser and Issuer in respect of the issuance of any Notes.
Arrangement Fee Letter means the fee letter in respect of the fee referred to in clause 7.1 and made between the Borrower and the Agent.
