Articles of Amalco definition

Articles of Amalco means the articles of Amalco in the form to be mutually agreed to by the Parties, substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule D;

• The authorized capital of Amalco shall consist of an unlimited number of common shares without par value, with the rights and restrictions set out in the Articles of Amalco.

More Definitions of Articles of Amalco

Articles of Amalco means the articles of Amalco in the form to be mutually agreed to by the Parties. “Authorization” means, with respect to any Person, any order, permit, approval, grant, consent, waiver, license, certificate, judgment, writ, award, determination, exemption, direction, decision, decree, bylaw, rule, regulation, registration or similar authorization of, from or required by any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over the Person.
