ARYA Class A Shares means (a) prior to the consummation of the Domestication, ARYA’s Class A ordinary shares and (b) from and after the consummation of the Domestication, shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of ARYA as contemplated pursuant to the ARYA Post-Closing Certificate of Incorporation.
