Asbestos fiber definition

Asbestos fiber means any fiber of chrysotile, amosite, crocidolite, tremolite, anthophylite, and actinolite five micrometers or longer, and with an aspect ratio of greater than three-to-one.
Asbestos fiber means asbestos fiber as defined in WAC 296-62-07703 as "fiber."

  • Asbestos means the asbestiform varieties of serpentinite (chrysotile), riebeckite (crocidolite), cummingtonite-grunerite, anthophyllite, and actinolite-tremolite.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.   • Flammable means a chemical that falls into one of the following categories:

  • Substances means chemical elements and their compounds in the natural state or obtained by any production process, including any additive necessary to preserve the stability of the products and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition;

  • Hydric soil means a soil that formed under conditions of saturation, flooding, or ponding long enough during the growing season to develop anaerobic conditions in the upper part.

  • Contaminants or "pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law and (c) any other substance exposure to which is regulated under any Environmental Law.
