Asbestos Permanent Channeling Injunction definition

Asbestos Permanent Channeling Injunction means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court or the District Court and, if the Confirmation Order is entered by the Bankruptcy Court, affirmed by the District Court, in accordance with, and pursuant to, section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code permanently and forever staying, restraining and enjoining any Entity from taking any actions against any Protected Party for the purpose of, directly or indirectly, collecting, recovering or receiving payment of, on or with respect to any Asbestos Personal Injury Claim, all of which shall be channeled to the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust for resolution as set forth in the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Agreement and the related Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures, including:
