Asbestos Trustees means the individuals or Entities, which may include Reorganized ASARCO or a representative thereof, appointed as trustees of the Asbestos Trust under the Asbestos Trust Agreement and any successor thereto chosen in accordance with the Asbestos Trust Agreement.
