Trustees definition

Trustees refers to the persons who have signed this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, so long as they continue in office in accordance with the terms hereof, and all other persons who may from time to time be duly elected or appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees in accordance with the provisions hereof, and reference herein to a Trustee or the Trustees shall refer to such person or persons in their capacity as trustees hereunder;

Trustees refers to the Trustees of the Trust named herein or elected in accordance with Article IV;

Trustees means, collectively, the Property Trustee, the Delaware Trustee and the Administrative Trustees.

• The execution and delivery of this Agreement has been authorized by the trustees and signed by an authorized officer of the Trust, acting as such, and neither such authorization by such Trustees nor such execution and delivery by such officer shall be deemed to have been made by any of them, but shall bind only the trust property of the Trust as provided in its Declaration of Trust.

• The Sub-Advisor and Advisor both acknowledge that the Fund is an investment company that operates as a series of the Trust under the authority of the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board of Trustees”).
