ASHI means American Safety and Health Institute.
ASHI means Activant Solutions Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its successors and assigns. “Beneficial ownership” and “beneficially own” and similar terms have the meaning set forth in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act; provided, however that (i) no Stockholder shall be deemed to beneficially own any securities of the Company held by any other Stockholder solely by virtue of the provisions of this Agreement (other than this definition) and (ii) with respect to any Securities held by a Stockholder that are exercisable for, or convertible into, Shares upon delivery of consideration to the Company, such Shares shall not be deemed to be beneficially owned by such Stockholder unless, until and to the extent such Securities have been exercised or converted and such consideration has been delivered by such Stockholder to the Company.
