ASP means Actuarial Standard of Practice
ASP is the aggregate base salary actually paid to the Executive during such period of three (3) calendar years (excluding any year for which no bonus was declared or paid). The Bonus Severance Payment shall be made within five (5) business days after the Executive's termination of employment and shall be in lieu of any claim to a continuation of participation in annual bonus plans of the Bank or the Company which the Executive might otherwise have.
