REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE. (a) DHA must repair and maintain the Property (fair wear and tear excepted), for items such as: (i) doors and windows; (ii) locks and latches; (iii) window coverings eg, blinds, curtains, vertical drapes; (iv) security and/or insect screens; (v) built-in appliances eg, stoves, ovens, rangehoods, air conditioning, hot water systems, dishwashers, heaters; (vi) gas appliances; (vii) lights and light fittings; (viii) power points and switches; (ix) walls and ceilings; (x) wet areas eg, plugs, tiles, vanity units, cabinets, shower screens, towel rails; (xi) floor coverings eg, carpet, vinyl, slate, timber, tiles, linoleum; (xii) cupboards, serveries, bench tops and shelving; (xiii) gutters, downpipes, gates, garage doors, letterbox and clothes line; (xiv) general upkeep of grounds and gardens (eg plants and mulch); and (xv) smoke detectors, except where the need for repair or maintenance is within, or is caused by matters falling within, the lessor’s retained responsibilities under clause 7. (b) In performing its obligation under clause 6.3(a), DHA will maintain the Property, internally and externally, in a condition which reflects contemporary community standards and the standards of the locality where the Property is situated. DHA may replace appropriate items to an equivalent standard where, in DHA’s opinion, a repair is impractical or not cost effective. (c) DHA must not otherwise carry out work which: (i) will significantly change the appearance of the Property; or (ii) involves structural alteration or additions, without the prior consent of the Lessor. The Lessor must not unreasonably withhold this consent. (d) Works arranged by DHA under this clause must be made by a licensed or suitably qualified tradesperson (holding the appropriate insurances).

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE. During the term of this Agreement THE COMPANY agrees to maintain the EQUIPMENT in perfect working order and condition and for this purpose will provide the following repairs and maintenance service:
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE. Retailer agrees to perform: (i) warranty service and repairs; (ii) services included in On Call(R) (or other roadside assistance plan the Company may offer from time to time); (iii) extended contract service repairs; (iv) recall and service campaign repairs; (v) inventory maintenance; and (vi) other maintenance required on Company Products in accordance with the Company's then current recommendations and specifications, regardless of where customer purchased Company Products. Warranty, recall, service campaign and On Call services are provided for the customer's benefit, and Retailer agrees that the customer shall not be obligated to pay for any charges for these services for which Retailer is reimbursed by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE. 3.1 During the term of this Agreement THE COMPANY agrees to maintain the EQUIPMENT in perfect working order and condition and for this purpose will provide the following repairs and maintenance service: a) THE COMPANY shall rectify any defects, faults and failures in the EQUIPMENT and shall repair and replace worn out of defective parts including all plastic parts of the EQUIPMENT during Bank’s normal local working hours i.e. from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9.00 x.x.xx 4.00 p.m. on Saturdays (other than bank holidays). In cases where unserviceable parts of the EQUIPMENT need replacement THE COMPANY shall replace such parts, at no extra cost to Bank, with brand new parts or those equivalent to new parts in performance. Provided that if THE COMPANY is required to replace consumables, being printer ribbons, magnetic tape reels, cartridges, cassettes, exchangeable disc packs, floppy disks, print heads (for printers), these will incur an additional charge. b) THE COMPANY agrees that special arrangements may be made by Bank to have such maintenance service provided outside the hours specified in 3.1 (a) above; in such event Bank shall pay to THE COMPANY an additional charge calculated on the basis of the hourly rate for providing maintenance service to equipment similar to that covered by this Agreement, subject to such hourly rate being comparable or lesser than the rates on the equivalent terms offered by THE COMPANY to any of its customers at the material time. c) THE COMPANY shall provide repair and maintenance service, in response to oral, including telephone notice by Bank, within 2 hours (not including intervening Sundays and Bank holidays) after such intimation during the hours set forth in clause 3.1 (a) and (b) above. d) THE COMPANY shall ensure that faults and failures intimated by Bank as above are set right within 4 hours of being informed of the same. e) THE COMPANY shall ensure that the full configuration of the EQUIPMENT is available to Bank in proper working condition for 98% of the time in every month. f) THE COMPANY shall ensure that the mean time between failures (including any malfunctioning, breakdown or faults) in the EQUIPMENT or any part thereof, as calculated during any and every quarter (period of three consecutive months) is not less than 90 days.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE. 4.1 During the terms of this agreement, the company agrees to maintain the air-conditioning plants in safe and working order and for this purpose, will provide the following repair and maintenance service. a. The company shall correct any fault and failure in the airconditioning and shall repair and replace worn out or defective parts of the airconditioning plant and system at no extra cost to SBI with brand new parts during SBI’s normal working hours/bank holidays. b. The company shall provide repair and maintenance service in response to oral including telephone notice by SBI within two hours after such intimation during SBI’s normal working hours/bank holiday. c. The company shall ensure that faults and failures intimated by SBI as above are set right within one day of being informed. d. All repair and maintenance service described herein shall be performed by qualified maintenance engineer of the air-conditioning plants. e. The company shall assume liability for any type of malfunctioning of the air-conditioning plants and system including its controls and safety devices.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE. 7.1 Provision of Services Distributor shall provide repair and maintenance services for the Products to owners and users in the Territory, and Supplier shall provide appropriate support services to Distributor, all in accordance with the terms of support services of Supplier in effect at the time. The current terms of support services of Supplier is attached hereto as Annex 3.
