Examples of Assigned Collateral in a sentence
The Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties shall be under no obligation to delay a sale of any of the Assigned Collateral for the period of time necessary to permit the issuer of any securities to register them for public sale under the Securities Act or under applicable state securities laws, even if such issuers would agree to do so.
The Assigned Collateral held by the Collateral Agent in trust hereunder need not be segregated from other collateral except to the extent required by law or the specific provisions hereof.
The Agent shall, after the final payment in full of all Advances and all other Borrower Obligations, remit the remaining excess Proceeds which it had received from the sale or disposition of the Assigned Collateral to the Borrower's Account.
The Borrower will not utilize or dispose of any Assigned Collateral (including without limitation Cash in the Collateral Account) for any purpose other than to repay Borrower Obligations if after giving effect thereto the Borrower would not be in full compliance with the Borrowing Base Test.
