Assigned Technology definition

Assigned Technology means any inventions, know-how, information, processes, formulae, patterns, compilations, programs, devices, methods, techniques, compounds, products, data preparations, and usage information or materials and sources thereof, whether or not patentable, which have been developed or otherwise acquired as of the Effective Date, the practice of which would infringe the Baylor Patent Rights.
Assigned Technology means any and all portions of Corporation Technology (other than Assigned Mask Works): (a) used exclusively or held for use exclusively in the SPS Business; (b) the Technology set forth on Exhibit A; and (c) all rights with respect to such Technology.
Assigned Technology means all Technology listed on Schedule A and the Escrow Materials.

  • This Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflicting terms or legends which may appear on any portion of the Assigned Technology or the Licensed Technology.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, the license granted under this Section 4.1.4 (Assigned Technology License) do not grant NVS or its Affiliates any rights or licenses under HMI Licensed Technology (other than the HMI Assigned Technology) beyond those granted as part of the Research License, the Development and Commercialization License, or under Section 4.1.3 (Manufacturing License).


More Definitions of Assigned Technology

Assigned Technology means solely owned by Hubei ShengrongHubei Shengrong, that is (a) used in the Business as currently conducted by Hubei ShengrongHubei Shengrong, or (b) the design, development, distribution, maintenance and support of the products that are currently being developed (in their current form), manufactured, sold or supported by Hubei ShengrongHubei Shengrong, or (c) otherwise specifically listed in Schedule 1.1.4 hereto.
Assigned Technology has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.3 (Cooperation and Assistance).
Assigned Technology means, collectively, the Assigned Patent Rights and the Assigned Know-How.
Assigned Technology means the Technology owned by Discovery immediately prior to the Closing Date for use exclusively for the manufacture, sorting and/or intermediate (WIP) testing of semiconductor products.
