Services Order definition

Services Order means a written instrument signed by an authorized signatory of a State Entity and an authorized representative of Contractor substantially in the form of Exhibit C. Such Services Order will include any requirements, considerations, or objectives which differ from the general provisions of this Agreement and not otherwise address in a Solution Order; for example, the intent of the parties with respect to any rights to particular developments (intellectual property), specific Milestone Events and/or Milestone Dates and/or quality and warranty considerations, special fees, and all such other particular objectives, considerations, or requirements in conjunction with the delivery of Services by Contractor. Except as otherwise specifically provided in such Services Order, each Services Order shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Services Order in a sentence

  • Provided that it has complied with Section 6 (Fees) at the date of cancellation, the Paying Organization may cancel the Services specified in a Services Order upon 90 days' prior written notice to Aconex, which notice must be delivered to Aconex within the first 90 days of the initiation of such Services.

  • Aconex will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services according to any schedule agreed in the Services Order.

  • If the Paying Organization does not execute a Services Order, but instead issues a purchase order to Aconex or an Aconex Reseller, that purchase order will constitute a binding commitment by the Paying Organization to purchase the Services specified in it, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • A non-exclusive, non-transferable, restricted Platform License for the term specified in Section 2, to access and use the functionality available within the modules of the Platform expressly included in the Services Order (subject to any restrictions specified in the Services Order) solely in support of the Project, within the scope specified in the Services Order, and in accordance with and subject to any specifications set forth in the Materials.

  • Optional Services may also be requested from Aconex, which if accepted by Aconex, will be subject to the payment of additional Fees and may be subject to a separate Services Order, at Aconex's option.

Services Order means an applicable statement of work, services order, order schedule, or similar ordering document referencing and including a link to this Agreement through which Licensee orders Services from Planet.
Services Order means the agreement(s) between Licensee and Reseller that describes the commercial terms, including but not limited to Fees payable to Reseller for use of the Hosted Services, related to the use of the Hosted Services and the types of Hosted Services ordered and Services Order Term. A Services Order is invalid if Licensee does not accept this Agreement as part of the Services Order.
Services Order means a services order executed by CCQ and Provider for the performance of the relevant Activity by Provider in such form approved by CCQ from time to time.
Services Order means a services order executed by CHN and Supplier for the performance of the relevant Activity by Supplier in such form approved by CHN from time to time and, to avoid doubt, includes each of the following schedules to that services order unless CHN specifies otherwise in writing:
