Statement of Requirement definition

Statement of Requirement means Schedule 2 that specifies the services to be performed by the Contractor on behalf of the Authority and the minimum performance standards to be achieved.
Statement of Requirement means the description of the goods or services to be provided under the Assignment Contract and attached to and/or referred to in the Services Order.
Statement of Requirement means the Statement of Requirement set out in the Contract.
