Assignments of Leases definition

Assignments of Leases means a collective reference to each such Assignment of Leases.

Assignments of Leases means, collectively, the Assignments of Leases and Rents of even date herewith from each of the Borrowers to Lender, constituting assignments of each Borrower's right, title and interest in the Leases and proceeds therefrom for each of their respective Properties as Collateral for the Loan, as same may be amended or modified from time to time.

Assignments of Leases has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(a)(iii).

• Borrower will cause Mortgage Borrower to warrant and defend (a) the title to each Individual Property and every part thereof, subject only to Liens permitted hereunder (including Permitted Encumbrances) and (b) the validity and priority of the Liens of the Mortgages and the Assignments of Leases, subject only to Liens permitted hereunder (including Permitted Encumbrances), in each case against the claims of all Persons whomsoever.

Assignments of Leases means, collectively, each assignment of the lessor’s interest in leases and rents (which may be incorporated in the Mortgage) executed and delivered by a Borrower in connection with an Individual Property for the benefit of Lender, modified to reflect the laws of the state where the Individual Property is located and otherwise as Lender deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, as amended, supplemented, restated, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof or thereof.
