Assisted School Travel Program definition
Assisted School Travel Program or "ASTP" or "the Program" means the Department's Assisted School Travel Program for the provision of transport to selected students to and from school;
Assisted School Travel Program means the Department's Assisted School Travel Program for the provision of transport to selected students to and from school. Assisted Travel Support Officer means a person engaged by the Department (where required) to provide additional supervision or support for any Student accessing the Services. ASTP Online for Contractors means the online portal made available by the Department for use by Contractors to submit payment claims, access run cards, view routes and other details. Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or gazetted public holiday in NSW. Change in Control means, in respect of the Contractor, the occurrence of any circumstances or events following which the Contractor, who was not so controlled before, is controlled by another person, alone or together with any Related Body Corporate and includes a change of a direct holding of at least 25% of the voting shares in the Contractor or a holding company of the Contractor.
