Association Members means and consist of only the following types of District employees who are represented exclusively by the Association pursuant to the recognition clause contained in this Article: those assigned as teachers and teaching assistants in the regular day school instructional program and all those employed as per session teachers and per session teaching assistants, excluding all full time administrative personnel employed by the District.

• Recognizing that such professional activities can bring benefit to and enhance the reputation for the Collegiate Division and Members of the Collegiate Unit of the Association, Members may engage in part-time professional activities, paid or unpaid.

• By the second Tuesday in September of each year, the Treasurer of the Watertown Education Association shall present to the Business Office a list of Watertown Education Association Members who authorize the payroll deduction of their dues and the total amount of dues to be deducted.
