Business and Professional. Experience either acquired after graduation from a university or other acceptable post-secondary school of learning, or acquired above requirements for entrance to an Ontario Faculty of Education shall be as per grid to a maximum of seven (7) years. Six (6) months or more experience will count as one (1) year within the seven (7) years maximum without retroactivity of payments.
Business and Professional. Skills is a compulsory component for all UG and PG students at the University, and annually, students receive sessions from HM Revenue & Customs, banking organisations, IP and Patent Attorneys and other professionals associated with creative industries. Portfolio working and freelance careers are also encompassed as part of this work, which can present particular challenges for WP students in terms of history, experience and confidence.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.   • Professional Liability insurance shall be written with limits no less than $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 policy aggregate limit, as applicable.

  • Outside Professional Activities (a) For the purpose of this article, "outside professional activities" means participation in the activities of professional associations, learned societies, faculty associations, or voluntary practice of the employee’s profession, which support and/or promote the advancement of research, scholarship, teaching, artistic creation, or professional development, and improve the working conditions of academic staff.

  • Professional Conduct Xxxxxxxx of professional conduct and failure to perform at the established professional level are subject to disciplinary procedures. Examples of such breaches are: abuses of sick leave and other leaves, chronic tardiness, willful deficiencies in professional performance or proven incompetence, violation of Board policy, regulations and administrative directions not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and violation of the terms of this Agreement. Alleged breaches of professional conduct and reasons for possible disciplinary action shall be reported promptly to the offending Employee.
