Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases definition

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means those Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the applicable Reorganized Debtors, as set forth on the Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List.

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means those Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the applicable Reorganized Debtors as set forth on the Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List or in the Plan, subject to the consent of the Required Consenting Creditors.

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the executory contracts and unexpired leases assumed either through a notice of assumption pursuant to the Procedures Order (defined below) or pursuant to the Plan or Plan Supplement.

More Definitions of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means those Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the applicable Reorganized Debtors, as set forth on the Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List. For the avoidance of doubt, Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases includes each of the Debtors’ management agreements with Regus Management Group, LLC and each of the Debtors’ franchise agreements with Franchise International S.A.R.L.

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means those Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be either (a) assumed by Reorganized Quoizel, or (b) assumed by the Reorganized Debtors, subject to the consent of the Initial Plan Sponsors, as set forth on the Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List.

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means those Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases, if any, to be assumed by the appropriate Debtor and assigned to either the Position Holder Trust, Newco, or the Creditors’ Trust, as appropriate, and set forth on the Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List.

Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means those contracts and leases listed on Schedule 10.3, which shall be filed by the Debtors at least twenty (20) days prior to the commencement of the Confirmation Hearing, as such schedule may be amended from time to time on or before the Confirmation Date.
