Atome Services definition

Atome Services means the services of (i) implementing and administrating a Deferred Payment Structure made available to the Customer, (ii) performing validation checks and assessments on Customers and Merchants using the system, (iii) managing accounts and (iv) processing Transactions and requests, and allowing Customers to make payments via the Atome Platform.

Atome Services means the services of (i) implementing and administrating an online payment solution, whereby you agree to accept payment by Customers through a Deferred Payment Structure pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Payment Contract and assigns receivables under such Purchase Payment Contract to the Assignee, (ii) performing validation checks and assessments on Customers and Merchants using the system, (iii) managing accounts and (iv) processing Transactions and requests, and allowing Customers to make payments via the Atome Platform.

Examples of Atome Services in a sentence

  • The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any part of the Atome Services, unless expressly permitted, is strictly prohibited.

  • The posting of information or materials on the Atome Services does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Healthcare services means all inpatient services (i.e., acute-care diagnostic and therapeutic inpatient hospital services), outpatient services (i.e., acute-care diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient services, including but not limited to ambulatory surgery and radiology services), and professional services (i.e., medical services provided by physicians or other licensed medical professionals) to the extent offered by Defendant and within the scope of services covered on an in-network basis pursuant to a contract between Defendant and an Insurer. “Healthcare Services” does not mean management of patient care, such as through population health programs or employee or group wellness programs.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).
