Gas Tariff definition

Gas Tariff means DPL’s Service Classification “LVG-QFCP-RC” filed for gas service applicable to REPS Qualified Fuel Cell Provider Projects and approved by the DPSC in Order no. 8062 dated October 18, 2011, as adopted and supplemented by DPSC’s Findings, Opinion and Order No. 8079, dated December 1, 2011.
Gas Tariff means the tariff currently on file and approved by FERC for the Freebird Storage Facility.
Gas Tariff means any tariff of Seller or Transporter(s) setting ----------- forth the terms and conditions for sales or transportation services which is filed with a Governmental Authority.

  • Transporter agrees that Shipper may protest or contest the aforementioned filings, or may seek authorization from duly constituted regulatory authorities for such adjustment of Transporter's existing FERC Gas Tariff as may be found necessary to assure Transporter just and reasonable rates.

  • Transporter and Shipper agree that the terms below, together with the terms and conditions of Transporter's applicable Rate Schedule and General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff constitute the transportation service to be provided and the rights and obligations of Shipper and Transporter.

  • The General Terms and Conditions of Transporter’s FERC NGA Gas Tariff are incorporated by reference in their entirety in this Service Agreement.

  • It is further agreed that Transporter may seek authorization from the Commission and/or other appropriate body at any time and from time to time to change any rates, charges or other provisions in the applicable Rate Schedule and General Terms and Conditions of Transporter’s FERC NGA Gas Tariff, and Transporter shall have the right to place such changes in effect in accordance with the Natural Gas Act.

  • If a conflict arises between the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter’s FERC NGA Gas Tariff and the provisions of this Service Agreement, the General Terms and Conditions shall control.


More Definitions of Gas Tariff

Gas Tariff has the meaning given in Section 11.3.
Gas Tariff means the Gas transportation tariff of the applicable Transporter as maintained and approved by FERC from time to time, as the same may be amended or supplemented during the Term.

Related to Gas Tariff

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • PJM Tariffs means the PJM OATT and the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, collectively.

  • NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.

  • ISO Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended, modified, superseded and supplemented from time to time, and including the Market Rules and Procedures.

  • Fee Tariffs means the fee tariffs specified in the Fees Rules under the activity group A.1 Deposit acceptors (ignoring any minimum fee or zero rated fee required pursuant to the Fees Rules but taking into account any applicable discount rate); and

  • Tariff means a filing made at the state or federal level for the provision of a telecommunications service by a telecommunications carrier that provides for the terms, conditions and pricing of that service. Such filing may be required or voluntary and may or may not be specifically approved by the Commission or FCC.

  • Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • CAISO Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities of the Participating Transmission Owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.
