Attendance year definition

Attendance year means the period from the 1st day of January in a year to and including the 31st day of December in the same year; and
Attendance year means the period from the day of January in a year to and including the day of December in the same year; and “unused attendance credits” means attendance credits to which an employee is entitled for the attendance year less any attendance credits used during that attendance year. Within four (4) weeks after the close of an attendance year an employee shall: elect to have all unused attendance credits for the attendance year added to total of accumulated attendance credits; or if has not elected under clause (a), be paid a bonus of: one-fifth of unused attendance credits for that attendance year, where the employee has completed at least one (1) but less than ten (10) years of service, one-quarter of unused attendance credits for that attendance year, where the employee has completed ten (10) or more years of service and has accumulated less than two hundred and sixty (260) days of attendance credits, one-third of unused attendance credits for that attendance year, where the employee has completed ten or more years of service and has two hundred and sixty (260) or more days of accumulated attendance credits, and the employee’s attendance credits for that attendance year shall be reduced by the amount of attendance credits for which was paid the bonus.   • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Service Year means fiscal year, except that:

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Director makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.

  • Performance Cycle means one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Administrator may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Criteria will be measured for the purpose of determining a grantee’s right to and the payment of a Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award, the vesting and/or payment of which is subject to the attainment of one or more Performance Goals. Each such period shall not be less than 12 months.

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Remuneration Committee means the remuneration committee appointed by the Board;

  • Leave Year means the year ending with the anniversary date of the employee’s appointment.

  • Accrued Base Salary means the amount of Executive's Base Salary which is accrued but not yet paid as of the Date of Termination.

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Supervisory Board means the Supervisory Board of the Company.

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Bonus Target means the annual bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.
