Attending Counsel definition

Attending Counsel means any legal counsel for a party (including counsel of record and agency/in-house counsel) who is not Deposing Counsel or Defending Counsel, but who is attending a Remote Deposition either in person or remotely.
Attending Counsel means legal counsel for a Party or for the Witness who is not deposing counsel or defending counsel, but who is attending a Remote Deposition.
