House Counsel means and refer to attorneys who are employees of a Party or an affiliate of a Party.
House Counsel means a lawyer admitted with a restricted House Counsel license as defined in Rule 14-719, which is required and limits his or herthe lawyer’s practice of law to the business of his or herthe lawyer’s employer;
House Counsel means attorneys who are employees of a Party to this action. House Counsel does not include Outside Counsel of Record or any other outside counsel.
