Examples of Attribute Schedule in a sentence

  • The Expert shall resolve any matter relating to the Attribute Schedule or an amendment thereto or the Early Termination Schedule or an amendment thereto within thirty (30) calendar days and shall resolve any matter relating to a Tax Benefit Schedule or an amendment thereto within fifteen (15) calendar days or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, in each case after the matter has been submitted to the Expert for resolution.

  • The Expert shall resolve any matter relating to (i) an Attribute Schedule, Early Termination Schedule or an amendment to either within thirty (30) calendar days and (ii) a Tax Benefit Schedule or an amendment thereto within fifteen (15) calendar days or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, in each case after the matter has been submitted to the Expert for resolution.

  • An Attribute Schedule will become final and binding on the Parties pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 2.4(a) and may be amended by the Parties pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 2.4(b).

  • The Attribute Schedule shall be appropriately amended by the TRA Party and the Corporate Taxpayer to the extent that, as a result of a Determination, the Corporate Taxpayer is required to calculate its Tax liability in a manner inconsistent with the Attribute Schedule.

  • The Attribute Schedule shall also list any limitations on the ability of the Corporation to utilize any Blocker Pre-BCA Covered Tax Assets or Exchange Covered Tax Assets under applicable laws (including as a result of the operation of Section 382 of the Code or Section 383 of the Code).

  • The Expert shall resolve any matter relating to the Basis Schedule or an amendment thereto, the Inherited Tax Attribute Schedule or an amendment thereto or the Early Termination Schedule or an amendment thereto within thirty (30) calendar days and shall resolve any matter relating to a Tax Benefit Schedule or an amendment thereto within fifteen (15) calendar days or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, in each case after the matter has been submitted to the Expert for resolution.

  • The Attribute Schedule shall also list any limitations on the ability of the Corporation to utilize any Tax Attributes under applicable laws (including as a result of the operation of Section 382 of the Code or Section 383 of the Code).

  • The Corporate Taxpayer shall reimburse the Agent, on behalf of the TRA Holders, for any reasonable third-party costs and expenses incurred pursuant to this Section 6.3. The Agent shall deliver to the TRA Holders all material information (including the Tax Attribute Schedule and Tax Benefit Payment Schedule) received by the Agent hereunder in its capacity as an Agent, promptly after received by the Agent.

  • Any Blocker Corporation Attribute Schedule so delivered will become final and binding on the Parties pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 2.5(a) and may be amended by the Parties pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 2.5(b).

  • The Attribute Schedule shall also list any limitations on the ability of the Corporate Group to utilize any Pre-IPO Covered Tax Assets or Exchange Covered Tax Assets under applicable laws (including as a result of the operation of Section 382 of the Code or Section 383 of the Code).

Related to Attribute Schedule

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.
