Examples of Attribute Schedule in a sentence

  • The Expert shall resolve any matter relating to the Attribute Schedule or an amendment thereto or the Early Termination Schedule or an amendment thereto within thirty (30) calendar days and shall resolve any matter relating to a Tax Benefit Schedule or an amendment thereto within fifteen (15) calendar days or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, in each case after the matter has been submitted to the Expert for resolution.

  • The Expert shall resolve any matter relating to (i) an Attribute Schedule, Early Termination Schedule or an amendment to either within thirty (30) calendar days and (ii) a Tax Benefit Schedule or an amendment thereto within fifteen (15) calendar days or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, in each case after the matter has been submitted to the Expert for resolution.

  • Within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the filing of the U.S. federal income Tax Return of each Blocker Entity for the short Taxable Year including the Reorganization Transactions, the Corporation shall update the Estimated IPO Date Attribute Schedule to reflect the actual Blocker Attributes reflected on such Tax Returns and shall deliver such updated schedule (the “IPO Date Attribute Schedule”) to Searchlight and Rook.

  • Each Inherited Tax Attribute Schedule shall become final and binding on the parties unless the Blocker Corporation Owner, within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving its respective Inherited Tax Attribute Schedule, provides Parent with notice of a material objection to such Inherited Tax Attribute Schedule made in good faith and in reasonable detail.

  • The Corporate Taxpayer shall reimburse the Agent, on behalf of the TRA Holders, for any reasonable third-party costs and expenses incurred pursuant to this Section 6.3. The Agent shall deliver to the TRA Holders all material information (including the Tax Attribute Schedule and Tax Benefit Payment Schedule) received by the Agent hereunder in its capacity as an Agent, promptly after received by the Agent.

  • The Attribute Schedule shall also list any limitations on the ability of the Corporation to utilize any Tax Attributes under applicable laws (including as a result of the operation of Section 382 of the Code or Section 383 of the Code).

Related to Attribute Schedule

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Service Specification means and includes detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and as specified in the Contract, as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and specifications affecting the work or any additional specification required to be produced by the Bidder to meet the design criteria.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Service Specific Terms means the HCL document current at the date of Order which contains any terms specifically relating to a Service ordered by the Customer.
