Attrition Rate definition

Attrition Rate means a ratio, the numerator of which is the number of Subscribers which terminatewho are also Users as of the Commencement Date and who cancel or otherwise do not continue a subscription to the Publication and are UsersPublications during the Term (the “Fieldston Attrition Factor”) and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the total number of Subscribers at the commencement of such quarter and (ii) the total number of new Subscribers during such quarteras of the Commencement Date.
Attrition Rate means a ratio, the numerator of which is the number of Subscribers which terminate a subscription to the Publication and are Users during the Term (the “Argus Attrition Factor”) and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the total number of Subscribers at the commencement of such quarter and (ii) the total number of new Subscribers during such quarter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, item (ii) above shall only be included in the computation of the denominator after the expiration of the first quarter after the Commencement Date and in the event the Attrition Rate (not including item (ii)) for the preceding quarter was less than ten percent (10%).

Attrition Rate means the decrease, if any, expressed as a percentage, in Eligible Customers obtained by applying the following formula: (a)
