Audio Device definition

Audio Device means a radio, stereo, CD player, MP3 player, television , public address system or other similar electronic device capable of emitting sounds, but does not include a two-way radio, weather radio or a device that can only be heard by using earphones/headphones.
Audio Device means any electronic or amplified radio, television set, computer, telephone, electronic music player, musical instrument, or other device that produces sound.
Audio Device means any device that is dedicated to receiving and processing an audio signal (and that is not itself capable of receiving or processing any video signals), and is (a) sold as a stand-alone device; (b) sold as a component for later integration into a higher-level product that has a Video Display; (c) a USB audio device, such as headsets, microphones, loudspeakers, game consoles; or (d) designed for inclusion into any DTV system on a chip device as they exist as of the date hereof or under development.
