Audit Expenses definition

Audit Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14(b) of the Indenture.
Audit Expenses means all costs and expenses associated with preparing the Company and Storefront Entities’ financial statements to be audited as well as all costs and expenses related to auditing those financial statements.
Audit Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12.

Audit Expenses means (a) $150,000 plus (b) the documented third-party costs and expenses incurred by Seller or the Company, or their Affiliates with respect to any financial information required by Buyer or its Affiliates pursuant to Section 6.17; provided that in no event shall the aggregate Audit Expenses exceed $180,000.
