Audit Expenses definition

Audit Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14(b) of the Indenture.
Audit Expenses means all costs and expenses associated with preparing the Company and Storefront Entities’ financial statements to be audited as well as all costs and expenses related to auditing those financial statements.
Audit Expenses means the fees for the services of a qualified audit professional and associated expenses incurred by the Insured in the course of a shadow audit.

  • The budget shall include all forms of revenue and all expenditures, including (i) Total Revenues; (ii) Operating Expenses; (iii) Reserve Expenses, (iv) Audit Expenses and (v) Fund Balance.

More Definitions of Audit Expenses

Audit Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
Audit Expenses mean all expenses of the conduct of an Audit. Audit Expenses include the Imputed Underpayment.
Audit Expenses means (a) $150,000 plus (b) the documented third-party costs and expenses incurred by Seller or the Company, or their Affiliates with respect to any financial information required by Buyer or its Affiliates pursuant to Section 6.17; provided that in no event shall the aggregate Audit Expenses exceed $180,000.

Audit Expenses means all fees, costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Persons set forth on Schedule 8.10(a) in connection with this Agreement, the Ancillary Agreements, the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby and relating to the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements, and the performance and consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements, including the Audit.
