Audit Notice definition

Audit Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(k).

Examples of Audit Notice in a sentence

• Any Statement shall be final and binding upon Tenant and shall, as between the parties, be conclusively deemed correct, at the end of the applicable Response Period, unless prior thereto, Tenant timely delivers an Audit Notice with respect to the then-applicable Statement.

• No dangerous dog, rabid animal, or any animal with vicious propensities, all as defined by the code of the City of Wichita, Kansas, section 6.04, et seq., shall be allowed in the dwelling unit or upon the premises.
