Authorised Demander definition

Authorised Demander means any one of the persons authorised by the CUSTOMER to place Orders, being the persons listed in the Order.
Authorised Demander means the person authorised by DF&FS to place orders. For the purposes of this Contract, this shall mean the person listed at Box 2 of Appendix to Contract or his authorised representative.
Authorised Demander means the person with the appropriate delegated authority (as notified by the Authority to the Contractor and updated from time to time) to instruct the Contractor to complete the Task pursuant to Paragraph 13 of Schedule 10 (Payment Mechanism);

  • In the event that tasks are received from any other source the Contractor shall refer these to the Authorised Demander immediately.

More Definitions of Authorised Demander

Authorised Demander means the persons authorised by the Defence Strategic Fuels Authority to place orders. For the purposes of this Contract, this shall mean the persons listed at Annex G to the Terms and Conditions of Contract or their authorised representative.
Authorised Demander means any representative of the MOD authorised to demand Articles or Services under the Contract.
