Authorised Demander definition

Authorised Demander means any one of the persons authorised by the CUSTOMER to place Orders, being the persons listed in the Order.
Authorised Demander means the person authorised by DF&FS to place orders. For the purposes of this Contract, this shall mean the person listed at Box 2 of Appendix to Contract or his authorised representative.
Authorised Demander means the person with the appropriate delegated authority (as notified by the Authority to the Contractor and updated from time to time) to instruct the Contractor to complete the Task pursuant to Paragraph 13 of Schedule 10 (Payment Mechanism);

  • Where the Contractor and an Authorised Demander cannot reach agreement on a Defect Report, it shall be forwarded to the Commercial Manager for arbitration.

  • Electronic versions of the Demand Order Form, (via facsimile or e-mail), are to be accepted in the first instance, the Authorised Demander will follow up the Demand with a hard copy of the Demand Order Form.

  • In the event that, due to circumstances beyond his reasonable control, the Contractor cannot meet the delivery requirement, the Contractor and the Authorised Demander shall agree the shortest alternative delivery period.

Authorised Demander means any representative of the MOD authorised to demand Articles or Services under the Contract.

  • authorised officer means any person authorised by the Environment Agency under section 108(1) of The Environment Act 1995 to exercise, in accordance with the terms of any such authorisation, any power specified in section 108(4) of that Act.
