Authorised Offices definition

Authorised Offices means the offices the addresses of which are listed in Schedule 3, at which the Agent is authorised to provide Train Service Information and/or sell Rail Products or issue Tickets.
Authorised Offices means the offices, the addresses of which are listed in Appendix 2, at which the ITX Agent is authorised to sell ITX Products under this Agreement.

Examples of Authorised Offices in a sentence

  • The Agent shall exhibit the ATOC Accreditation Mark or emblem as supplied to it by ATOC in a position agreed with ATOC inside its Authorised Offices.

  • If the Agent wishes to decrease the number of its Authorised Offices or to change the address of any of them it shall notify RSP and ATOC accordingly in writing.

  • The Agent shall notify ATOC when it changes the name(s) under which the Agent trades and shall not change the location or number of its Authorised Offices except in accordance with Clause 14.

  • The Agent shall always prepare and agree with ATOC a Marketing and Sales Plan and an Annual Sales Target (in such format and on such media as ATOC shall specify) for all of its Authorised Offices under this Agreement for the first year of the Agent being licensed for the sale of Rail Products and provision of Train Service Information.

  • The ATOC Accreditation Mark shall also be exhibited by the Agent outside its Authorised Offices where it is practicable to do so.

  • ATOC may at its discretion at any time request the Agent to provide it with a Marketing and Sales Plan and an Annual Sales Target (in such format and on such media as ATOC shall specify) for the sale of Rail Products and provision of Train Service Information for all of its Authorised Offices under this Agreement.

  • If the Agent wishes to increase the number of its Authorised Offices it shall submit a fresh application for a licence to sell Rail Products to ATOC in respect of each such office.

  • Should the Agent fail to meet its first Annual Sales Target under this Agreement for one or more of its Authorised Offices then the Agent shall prepare and agree with ATOC a second Annual Sales Target for the next year in which it is authorised to sell Rail Products under this Agreement.

  • The Agent shall procure that all Rail Product Stock supplied to it that it distributes to its Authorised Office(s) including a Self-Ticketing Location or a Satellite Ticket Printing Location are delivered either in person or recorded delivery.

  • The Agent shall upon request from ATOC or RSP notify the same in writing within 20 Business Days of such request of the levels of Rail Product Stock held by the Agent at each of its Authorised Offices or where applicable by a Third Party at a Self-Ticketing Location.

Related to Authorised Offices

  • Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • authorised officer means any person authorised by the Environment Agency under section 108(1) of The Environment Act 1995 to exercise, in accordance with the terms of any such authorisation, any power specified in section 108(4) of that Act.

  • Authorised Driver means any driver of the Vehicle who is approved by Us and who is recorded on the Rental Agreement prior to the Start of the Rental. Damage means:

  • authorised entity means an entity that is authorised or recognised by a Member State to provide education, instructional training, adaptive reading or information access to beneficiary persons on a non-profit basis. It also includes a public institution or non-profit organisation that provides the same services to beneficiary persons as one of its primary activities, institutional obligations or as part of its public-interest missions.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

  • authorised party means the party referred to in Article XIII(3);

  • Head Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company;

  • authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

Change: any change to this agreement including to any of the Services. Change Control Note: the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.

  • authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

  • Security Parties means each Borrower, each Guarantor, each Chargor, and any other person (other than a Manager or Charterer) who may at any time during the Facility Period be liable for, or provide security for, all or any part of the Indebtedness, and "Security Party" means any one of them.
