Authorised Period definition

Authorised Period means the five-year period in which the Authorisation is in force commencing on the date determined by operation of s 91(1A) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth);
Authorised Period of clamping or confiscation, means the period for which a vehicle may lawfully be clamped under this Division;

Authorised Period means the period of 6 months beginning with the day on which the compulsory treatment order is made;

Related to Authorised Period

  • Closed Period means (i) ten quotation days preceding and three quotation days following the disclosure to the public of the consolidated financial statements or annual statement of the Company; or (ii) the period as from the date the corporate management possesses material information which could, if disclosed to the public, significantly impact the quotation of the Shares of the Company, until ten quotation days after the day such information is disclosed to the public.

  • Restricted Period means the 40-day distribution compliance period as defined in Regulation S.
