Authority Housing Lot definition

Authority Housing Lot means the lots identified as owned or expected to be owned by TIDA, as originally shown in the Housing Plan, and as may be amended in the Development Approval Documents. Authority Housing Lots expected within Improvement Area No. 1 at the time of CFD Formation are identified in Attachment 3 hereto.
Authority Housing Lot means the lots identified as Authority Housing Lots on the Housing Map, subject to any revisions as may be requested by Developer and approved by TIDA as part of the Major Phase and Sub-Phase Approval processes, or otherwise as set forth in the DRDAP.

Examples of Authority Housing Lot in a sentence

  • Developer may request to substitute an alternate Authority Housing Lot for any of the Approved Sites or to make material changes to the size or boundaries of an Approved Site, with a brief explanation as to why Developer is requesting the substitution or change.

  • Developer may elect to Transfer any Lot to a Vertical Developer before Completion of Infrastructure associated with the Lot unless the Lot is an Authority Housing Lot (which is governed by the Housing Plan) or Public Property.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Developer shall use good faith efforts to notify the Authority approximately six (6) months before the anticipated date of the Authority Housing Lot Completion Date.

  • Developer may elect to Transfer any Lot to a Vertical Developer before Completion of Infrastructure and Stormwater Management Controls associated with the Lot unless the Lot is an Authority Housing Lot (which is governed by the Housing Plan) or Public Property.

  • Each Completed Authority Housing Lot shall meet the standards for it to be a Developable Lot as set forth in the DDA.

  • Developer shall execute and deliver to TIDA, within thirty (30) days following receipt of the Title Notice (but in no event earlier than the Authority Housing Lot Completion Date), an Affordable Housing Deed conveying all of Developer's right, title and interest in the Authority Housing Lot to TIDA subject only to the Approved Title Exceptions.

  • In the event that TIDA transfers the Authority Housing Lots to Developer at the time of the Sub-Phase conveyance, Developer shall convey back to TIDA and TIDA shall accept Developer's interest in the Authority Housing Lots within sixty (60) days following the Completion of the Pre-Sale Infrastructure for the Authority Housing Lots (subject to Developer’s delivery of the Authority Housing Lot in the physical and legal condition required under the DDA and this Housing Plan).

  • The Parties agree that Completion of the utility laterals on the Authority Housing Lots prior to commencement of construction of the Authority Housing Project on a particular Authority Housing Lot may result in the lateral being moved or replaced.

  • If the proposed substitution or change is to an Authority Housing Lot that TIDA has designated for development by TIHDI, then TIDA will consult with TIHDI and take into account any reasonable objections raised by TIHDI.

  • The Authority shall accept conveyance of the Authority Housing Lots no later than sixty (60) days following the Authority Housing Lot Completion Date.
