Authority Parties definition

Authority Parties means the Authority, its Port Commissioners, directors, managers, employees and agents.
Authority Parties means, collectively, the Authority, the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, and the Metropolitan Government Board of Fair Commissioners.
Authority Parties means the Indianapolis Airport Authority and its Board members. "Authority Default" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.02 of the Agreement.

  • Local Authority Associated Persons means any person associated with any local authority within the meaning given in section 69 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989;

  • Authority board means the board of directors of the state authority appointed under section 16.

  • Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
