Authority Policies and Procedures definition

Authority Policies and Procedures means the Authority’s procedures listed in Part 1 of the Programme Management Schedule (Programme Controls) together with any other policies and procedures published on the Authority’s website;
Authority Policies and Procedures means the policies and procedures identified as such in Schedule 1 (Client Specification);
Authority Policies and Procedures means all of the Authority’s Board approved, applicable Facilities + Security and Human Resources policies and procedures governing facilities operations and individual conduct, or portions thereof as covered under the Authority's website including, as applicable from time to time, any amendments of those policies and any additional policies;

Authority Policies and Procedures means the following policies and procedures, or portions of policies or procedures where only a portion is indicated, of the Authority as at the Effective Date, copies of which have been provided to Project Co:

Related to Authority Policies and Procedures

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
