Authority Protected Information definition

Authority Protected Information means any information provided by the Authority to the Contractor which:

Authority Protected Information means any information provided by the Authority to the Contractor which:  carries a protective marking such as “Official”, “Secret” or “Top Secret”; or  is exempt information as set out in Part 2 of FOISA (disregarding for that purpose whether a provision of Part 2 does not confer absolute exemption within the meaning of section 2(2) of FOISA).

Examples of Authority Protected Information in a sentence

  • In accordance with clause 50 (Consequences of Expiry or Termination), following the termination of the Framework Agreement the Contractor shall return to the Authority all Authority Property and Authority Protected Information in the Contractor’s possession and destroy or delete any copies of Authority Protected Information (whether physical or electronic) in its possession, and a duly authorised officer of the Contractor shall certify that this has been done.

  • Protected Information means PHI provided by CE to BA or created, maintained, received or transmitted by BA on CE’s behalf.

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Covered information as used in this paragraph includes any and all information concerning a student by which a student may be individually identified and includes “Covered Information” as defined in 105 ILCS 85/5 as amended, “School Student Records” as defined in 105 ILCS 10/2 and “Personally Identifiable Information” as defined in 34 C.F.R. 99.3. For purposes of this Addendum Customer Personal Data (as defined in the Agreement) will have the same meaning as Covered information.
