Authorization for Participation definition

Authorization for Participation means the form that an individual must submit to the Secretary of the Board in order to participate in the Plan. Such form shall contain the individual’s election to defer receipt of future income, the amount of the deferred income or the percentage of deferred Director’s Fees, and shall set forth the Participant’s beneficiaries and contingent beneficiaries designated to receive any benefits to which the Participant may be entitled in the event of the Participant’s death.

Examples of Authorization for Participation in a sentence
