Authorized Allocations definition

Authorized Allocations means: (i) the amount of $1,200,000 to be withdrawn from the Dollar Tranche in Loan Account and deposited into the Dollar Special Account; and (ii) the amount of DEM 2,000,000 to be withdrawn from the Deutsche Mark Tranche in the Loan Account and deposited into the DEM Special Account, pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule, provided, however, that unless the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Authorized Allocation shall be limited to the amount $600,000 and the amount of DEM 1,000,000 until the aggregate amount of withdrawals from the Dollar Tranche and the Deutsche Mark Tranche, respectively, plus the total amount of all outstanding special commitments entered into by the Bank pursuant to Section 5.02 of the General Conditions shall be equal to or exceed the equivalent of $1,800,000 with respect to the Dollar Tranche and DEM 3,000,000 with respect to the Deutsche Mark Tranche.
Authorized Allocations means an amount equivalent to CFA 100,000,000 in respect of Special Account A and CFA 100,000,000 in respect of Special Account B, to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the respective Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.
Authorized Allocations means amounts equivalent to SDR 80,000 each to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Accounts pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.

More Definitions of Authorized Allocations

Authorized Allocations means the amounts of $200,000 and $270,000, to be withdrawn from the RFT Grant Account and from the CEC Grant Account, respectively, and deposited into the relevant Special Accounts pursuant to paragraph 4 (a) of this Schedule.
Authorized Allocations means the equivalent of $2,000,000 to be withdrawn from the Loan Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Annex; provided, however, that unless the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Authorized Allocation shall be limited to the equivalent of $1,000,000 until the aggregate amount of withdrawals, plus the total amount of all outstanding special commitments entered into by the Bank pursuant to Section 5.02 of the General Conditions, shall equal or exceed the equivalent of $3,000,000.

Authorized Allocations means: (a) the amount of $150,000 to be withdrawn from the USD Tranche in the Loan Account and deposited into the USD Special Account; and (b) the amount of EUR 130,000 to be withdrawn from the EUR Tranche in the Loan Account and deposited into the EUR Special Account, pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Annex; provided, however, that unless the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Authorized Allocation shall be limited to the amount of $100,000 and the amount of EUR 90,000 until the aggregate amount of withdrawals from the USD Tranche and the EUR Tranche, respectively, plus the total amount of all outstanding special commitments entered into by the Bank pursuant to Section 5.02 of the General Conditions shall equal or exceed the equivalent of $300,000 with respect to the USD Tranche and EUR 260,000 with respect to the EUR Tranche.

Related to Authorized Allocations

  • Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Tax Allocations means the allocations set forth in paragraph 4 of Exhibit B.

  • Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).

  • Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.

  • Allocations means any and all of the allocations described in Sections 1.3(a), 1.3(b), 1.3(c) and 1.3(d) hereof.

  • Reais Allocation Date means, with respect of any Reais Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Reais Transfer Date.

  • Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Authorized account means a deposit account of a customer in a bank designated by the customer as a source of payment of payment orders issued by the customer to the bank. If a customer does not so designate an account, any account of the customer is an authorized account if payment of a payment order from that account is not inconsistent with a restriction on the use of that account.

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 15 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • Loss Allocation Limitation As defined in Section 4.4(g).

  • Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.

  • Capital Account Limitation has the meaning provided in Section 4.5(b) hereof.

  • Purchase Price Allocation Schedule has the meaning given to it in Section 2.7(a).
