  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer and Authorized Customer Entities a limited, personable, revocable, non- sublicensable and non-transferable license for their Authorized Users to access and use the functions and features of the SaaS during the Subscription Term solely for the Authorized Purpose(s).
