Authorized Developer Representative definition

Authorized Developer Representative means the Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Developer as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the City and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the Developer by an authorized officer of the Developer. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom may perform all duties of the Authorized Developer Representative.

Authorized Developer Representative means the President/Chief Executive Office of the Developer. The Developer may from time to time provide a written certificate to the City signed on behalf of the Developer by the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Developer designating an alternate or alternates or a substitute who shall have the same authority, duties and powers as the Authorized Developer Representative.
