Authorized District Official definition

Authorized District Official means a Board member or the CEO who shall be authorized to request the District’s purchase of tickets or passes in accordance with Section 5 below.
Authorized District Official means the chairperson of the board, the superintendent, or business manager for the school district, or other designee of the board, as designated by resolution provided for in WAC 210-02-020.
Authorized District Official means any individual designated as such by resolution provided for in WAC 210-02-020.

  • School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis.
