Business Administrator definition
Business Administrator means the Business Administrator of the Board.
Business Administrator means any designated person authorized by the Business Account Owner to administer the Business Account and associated Card Account(s) and/or act on Business Account Owner’s behalf in connection with these Terms, including without limitation designating Authorized Users, funding Card Accounts, and setting Card Account limitations (See Section 6.2 – Qualifying for and Establishing a Business Account and Card Accounts).
Business Administrator means each officer appointed by the Issuer and qualified to act as the business administrator of the Issuer under applicable Utah law, including any official authorized to carry out the duties of the Business Administrator in the actual Business Administrator’s absence or incapacity.

All employees, including an employee who has filed a Grievance under this Agreement, shall continue to work in accordance with the direction of the Superintendent, Business Administrator, principal or other applicable supervisory personnel, regardless of the pendency of any Grievance, until such Grievance is properly determined.
