Authorized facility definition

Authorized facility means any nonpublic school which is accredited pursuant to Iowa Code section 256.11, any school directly supported in whole or in part by taxation, a food establishment as defined in Iowa Code section 137F.1, a carnival as defined in Iowa Code section 88A.1, a recreational camp, a youth sports facility, or a sports area.

Authorized facility means a site operated by an authorized user that is consistent with the written mission of the authorized user.

Authorized facility means a hospital as described in ORS 442.015, freestanding birthing center as defined in ORS 442.015, physician’s office, sheriff’s office, police sta- tion or fire station.
