Authorized Municipality Representative definition

Authorized Municipality Representative means any person authorized pursuant to a resolution of the governing body of the Municipality to perform any act or execute any document relating to the Loan, or this Loan Agreement.

Authorized Municipality Representative means the Chairman, Superintendent, Director of Business Operations, Board of Commissioners, Mayor or Municipality Clerk, or any such officer’s designee, or any other person or officer of the Municipality duly authorized by the Municipality to act in such capacity with respect to the Loan Agreements.

  • Any request for disbursement must be supported by proper invoices and a certificate of the Authorized Municipality Representative to the effect that all representations made in this Loan Agreement remain true as of the date of the request and, based upon that information then available to such person, no adverse developments affecting the financial condition of the Municipality or its ability to complete the Project or to repay the Loan have occurred.
