Authorized Representative and Signatory definition

Authorized Representative and Signatory means the designated person of each Bidder authorized to represent the Bidder in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. These designated persons should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the Bidding Process; to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the Bidder, and to execute the Agreement and any other documents required to give effect to the outcome of the Bidding Process.
