Authorized System User definition

Authorized System User means any User that has passed the authentication process of the System and is thereby authorized to Use the System’s functions and components based on the permissions established by that User’s credentials (User ID and password, fingerprints, etc.).
Authorized System User means Customer's employees, consultants, contractors, and agents (i) who are authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this S-a-a-S Agreement and (ii) for whom access to the Services has been purchased hereunder.

  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions, Customer hereby represents and warrants that Customer has written agreements with its employees, officers, agents, subcontractors, and any users of the Equipment requiring each of them to obtain their independent Authorized System User registration and submit to this usage agreement and all of its terms and conditions.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer is responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized System Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized System User that would constitute a breach of this S-a-a-S Agreement if taken by Customer will be deemed a breach of this S-a-a-S Agreement by Customer.

  • Provider will have no liability for any damage, liabilities, losses (including any loss of data or profits), or any other consequences that Customer or any Authorized System User may incur as a result of a Service Suspension.

  • All Authorized System Users must log into x-Xxxxxxxxx.xxx, separately register as an Authorized System User and agree to ALL terms and conditions set forth therein before any use of any of Provider’s System, on-line services or device equipment.

  • All Authorized System Users are required to protect at all times access to its Provider account and shall not share or allow any person or entity access or use of the Authorized System User's Provider account, web logins or device equipment without first having said person or entity obtain his/her/its own, independent Authorized System User status.

Related to Authorized System User

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Authorized Site means a single geographic location in which Licensee conducts business, with a radius of no more than five (5) miles, which location is identified above.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Motorized bicycle means any vehicle that either has two tandem wheels or one wheel in the front and two wheels in the rear, that is capable of being pedaled, and that is equipped with a helper motor of not more than fifty cubic centimeters piston displacement that produces no more than one brake horsepower and is capable of propelling the vehicle at a speed of no greater than twenty miles per hour on a level surface.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available athttp://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.
