Authorized Testing Center definition

Authorized Testing Center means a testing center authorized by the LLA in writing for the testing of products that are submitted for verification of compliance with the PWG Specification.
Authorized Testing Center means a testing center authorized by the Foundation in writing for the testing of products or components thereof (whether a chip, subsystem, or end user product) that claim conformance to the Protocol, COS Essential Intellectual Property Rights and/ or that bear any Adopted Trademarks.
