Automatic Acceptance. If the Participant wishes to decline the Unit Award, the Participant must decline this Unit Award within 30 days of the Grant Date set forth below. Examples of Automatic Acceptance in a sentence

  • For any policy to be reinsured under automatic reinsurance, the face amount shall not exceed the Automatic Acceptance Limit as shown in Schedule A.

Related to Automatic Acceptance

  • Date of Acceptance means the date, which appears on the Notice of Acceptance and if no date appears is the date on which the Principal sent the Notice of Acceptance accepting the Contractor’s Tender.

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • Letter of Acceptance of Tender means letter giving intimation to the tenderer that his tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in that letter.

  • Acceptance Condition means the acceptance condition to any Offer;

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.
